Warm liquids, reduce viscosity and maintain product temperature with our 1000L IBC Heater Jackets. Designed for standard 1000-litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), these insulated heating jackets are suitable for bulk storage heating of liquids and low-melting-point solids.

Choose from three heating outputs: 1,400W for gentle warming and frost protection, 2,800W for greater heating performance, or 3,990W Rapid Heat for maximum power.

Each model combines adjustable analogue temperature control with an insulated jacket to help retain heat around your container.

0–40°C IBC Heater Jacket – 1,400W

The 1,400W IBC heater jacket is designed for applications where gentle, controlled warming is required. Use it to help protect suitable contents against frost, maintain temperature or reduce viscosity so thicker materials are easier to handle.

It is ideal for gentle heating to contents temperatures of around 35°C, depending on the application and operating conditions. The adjustable analogue thermostat has a −5°C to +40°C control range.

  • Helping prevent freezing or crystallisation where appropriate for the contents

0–90°C IBC Heater Jacket – 2,800W

The 2,800W IBC heater jacket provides greater heating output for applications requiring faster warming and higher contents temperatures than the 1,400W model.

With two 1,400W heating circuits, it is designed to heat liquids as evenly as conditions allow, with the supplier describing contents temperatures of around 60–70°C. Adjustable analogue thermostats provide a 0–90°C control range.

Rapid Heat 0–90°C IBC Heater Jacket – 3,990W

The 3,990W Rapid Heat IBC heater jacket is the most powerful model in our range, designed for applications where heating speed and maximum output are priorities.

With three 1,330W heating circuits and adjustable analogue thermostats offering a 0–90°C control range, it provides additional heating power for demanding bulk liquid heating applications.

A Heavy-Duty Insulated IBC Lid is included as standard, helping reduce heat loss through the top of the container and improve heating efficiency.

Heavy-Duty Insulated IBC Lid

Reduce heat loss through the top of your container with a Heavy-Duty Insulated IBC Lid, designed for 1000L / 275 US gallon IBCs.

Made from flame-retardant polyester with high-density insulation, the lid helps improve heating efficiency when used with an IBC heater jacket. It also slows cooling, helping the contents retain their temperature for longer.

Choosing and Using Your IBC Heater

Which IBC heater jacket should I choose?

Choose the 1,400W model for gentle warming, frost protection and temperature maintenance. Choose the 2,800W model for greater heating output and higher contents temperatures. Choose Rapid Heat 3,990W when maximum power and faster heating are priorities.

How long does it take to heat a 1000L IBC?

Heating time varies with the material being heated, the amount in the container, the starting and target temperatures, and the surrounding conditions. Use the indicative heating rates in the comparison table as a guide rather than a guaranteed heating time.

Does a 0–90°C thermostat mean the contents will reach 90°C?

No. The thermostat range describes the available control settings. Achievable contents temperatures depend on the application and heat loss, and temperatures may vary within the container.

Gentle heating to around 35°C for the 1,400W model and around 60–70°C for the 2,800W model. 

Should I choose 110V or 240V?

Select the version that matches your electrical supply. Both voltage options are available for the 1,400W and 2,800W models. The Rapid Heat model is 240V only.
