IBC Insulation Covers create a protective thermal barrier around your IBC, reducing the impact of external temperature extremes—whether it's intense heat or freezing cold.

By slowing down heat transfer and minimising cold bridging, these covers help maintain a more stable, ambient internal temperature, protecting the integrity of your contents.

Depending on how sensitive your product is to temperature changes, you can choose from two insulation material options, tailored to your specific needs.

Material Options for IBC Covers

ThermaPack Double IBC Cover
The ThermaPack Double is made with a bubble insulation membrane enclosed between two layers of highly reflective True Aluminium Foil. Though just 4mm thick, its performance is equivalent to 55mm of polystyrene. The reflective aluminium layers help deflect excess heat in summer and block out cold in winter, offering lightweight yet highly effective thermal protection.

EcoQuilt Expert IBC Cover
The EcoQuilt Expert is ideal for applications where your IBC contents are more sensitive to temperature changes, especially during international shipping or in environments with extreme fluctuations. This advanced material is made from 6 layers of wadding and reflective foil, offering the same thermal performance as 75mm of polystyrene at just 15mm thickness. It provides superior insulation against both radiant and conductive heat.
